2014-01-012014年9月16日中午，商圈执勤点保安队员郑斌在重百江北商场外巡逻时，捡到一个卡包，里面装有身份证、银行卡、购物卡和少量现金。郑斌拿着卡包在岗位上一直等待失主的到来。但是一直到下班时间，也没有等到失主。这时，郑斌看见包里有重百商场的积分卡，于是把卡送到了重百江北商场保卫办公室。通过查询商场会员系统，找到了失主的资料，历经波折，终于联系上了失主熊女士。熊女士到来后非常激动，一直不停地说感谢，并特地写来感谢信。重百商场保卫部也赞扬了郑斌的拾金不昧的行为。 保安队员郑斌 失主的感谢信....
